About US

  Based in Washington, DC, the Association of Muslim American Finance Officers (AMFO) is the leading national network of finance officers representing both public- and private-sector organizations, including over 3,000 Muslim-American organizations throughout the United States. The association's members represent officers involved in financial planning, reporting, analysis, operations, and institutional development, and may include leadership and staff of the organizations. 


AMFO’s mission is to support the professional growth and development of Muslim-American professionals, and to advance the economic vitality, business practices, and support of Muslim-American institutions in pursuit of their missions. AMFO convenes Muslim-American finance professionals to share best practices, provide education and training, facilitate professional advancement, and foster mutually beneficial relationships among its members, partners and sponsors.
